When I found fraudulent charges on my card, I called customer no service. I was told that I needed to call the vendors listed on my statement to get them to credit the funds that were not authorized.
There were over 25 plus transactions from various vendors. This also was faxed to them but, they don't take their own statement for notating the charges in dispute. They want you to write down each and every one of them. It is amazing on how you can get told to do ten different things to get the charges resolved and every time you talk to someone , you get a different answer.
I would never enroll in getting their card again. They can't train their reps to be consistent!
