Recieved a phone call from a private number asking me personal questions in order to get approved for a early tax advance. I was very reluctant because 3 days ago i recieved a denial letter from them.

The young lady was not to informative about the loan had she asked me if i applied at the certain company i would have answered her questions a little more direct. You also dont call people from a private number asking personal questions. Lack of proper training.

Totally pissed with metabank. Calleed Cory Long supervisor to explain and he just blew the issue off showed very little concern.
