I'm a customer with RUSHCARD, whom my issue is with. For 30+ days I have been waiting for a replacement card, in order to have access to my funds, to pay bills.
My address they have on file has changed. I was told to fax a copy of my state ID, Social Security Card, proof new address, ie.(employment pay stub), and a written letter detailing my request for my replacement card. I have faxed all documents, several times and day after day.
I am being told that all copies of my state id is not clear. This is bogus, and i need help resolving this issue, please?
