I purchase a prepaid travel card through The American Automobile Association (AAA) and when the Good Thru date on the card expired the company would not refund my balance without charging me more than was on the card (something like 14.95). To boot they started charging me an inactivity fee (1.25), even though I could not use the card, further reducing my balance.
I thought congress had acted against these type of practices and fees.
I did suggest to AAA (American Auto Mobile Association) they should stop dealing with /stop selling these cards from this company. I am very unhappy with this situation and expect better.
