Purchased the card. Made one transaction.

They put a hold on the card. Went in to the location office that issued the card. Showed them in person all the documentation again that is required. They called the Metabank customer service to verify the documents.

Metabank refused to accept their information.

I was sent a survey via email. I filled it out from the email address that was given to them. I then called them from the phone number given to them.

They still refused to release my card from limited use.

I guess they want your first child. Stay away from Purpose Card.
