I dont ger why everytime i call i cant talk to someone or when i select an option and put doen what the automated system is telling me to do it hangs up on me i woukd like to know how i can soeak to someone directly cuz i have questions

Yes I have a problem with MetaBank because they sent me a new NetSpend card that I had never used when I applied it to my job for direct deposit I found out that the cards routing an account number for both wrong so now there's 732 that I was supposed to been paid on July 5th 2022 is sitting somewhere my my job hasn't received it back and I haven't received it either and every time I call someone they give me the runaround and say there's no deposit there's no pending transaction I want to know where 732 is of my

My wallet was stolen from purse on june24th any funds spent from this day on I did not spend need to file dispute and get a new card sent asap to the address on file thanku

On May 31st a customer or 2 scammed my venmo account and the money went into 2 different checking accounts at your back. Venmo will not rely.

My card is not working I have $102 on my card I would like to have my card find out whats wrong with it please every time I try to use it it wont let me come I try to draw money off it wont let me draw money off it wont let me use the card out of at the register no thats not saying it says decline I get a decline every time I do it it even does an error in a ATM machine so Im wondering why is it doing that I need it fixed because if I dont get that fixed I cant get that money off my card and I need that money because I need to get something for my son like a hotel room

I have received two unsolicited Premium Visa Bank cards in the mail from (Card - Metabank) I have tried to call the number on the back to determine if this is fraud or some marketing scheme on the part of Metabank. The automated system is asking for information that I refuse to provide and I am unable to reach a live person.

Need to activate my card or speak yo someone but unable to get in touch with anybody and my paycheck was deposited into the account that I cant get into and the bank number I have not working I need to talk to someone soon as possible I need my card activated so I can get my money.

I just received a prepaid debit card in the mail from your company. My wallet was stolen around Christmas this past year which had my social security card driver's license an a couple of debit carda i frequently use.

I believe that whom ever stole my wallet is now trying once again to steal mt identity and open accounts under my name. I need yo find out when this card was applied for and what site it was applied for from.

I went back to prison after filing for my stimulus payment and lost ll info to access that account now i have money in there and noone will help me get it

Machine shorted me $100 but charged my bank $200 instead of the $100 it gave me. Machine gave message saying out of service and receipt was for $100 but my bank was charged $200.

Metabank customer service chatline wanted to charge me to look into the matter and fix it.

Only an idiot would pay a thief more to get their ripped off money returned. Legal action more appropriate!
