Because they have my stimulus money
I tried to talk to meditate at first and they said that they see the money in the account and they see my name on it but they said this NetSpend is the one that got the car but I had no infants but about it ain't nobody tried to help me or do nothing about it
When I've got I'll get my stimulus so I'm having to get mixed up and they said my check to MetaBank and met a bank been holding my check and I can't get it back so I've been trying to get it back for at least 3 years I sent you out my papers that the national un security sent me and what the IRS sent me I sent you a copy about 3 weeks ago three four weeks ago I'm just trying to get my money please ***

I bought 2 prepaid Mastercard debit cards that the packaging deceives people ...bit doesn't say no ATM cash withdrawals furthermore I purchased an airline ticket that I cancelled and it can't be reloaded onto my card .

Need my route number and account info
Yes I tried to contact them today and the lady told me that it contact another place to get my money that I tried that and I still getting a run around the second place nobody ever answered I put my information on what I supposed to put in and it just hung up the phone I don't know what to do now I'm just to call him back here in a minute

I purchased a Visa Vanilla Gift Card for $300.00 and I was informed by customer service in the Philippines the card number was stolen and customer service mailed a new card to my PO Box. However, $226.16 is imprinted on the lower left corner of the new card and the balance was 16 cents when I checked.
Customer service alleged the card was used to gamble on the Internet and they are sorry I wasted $300.00 and wished me a nice day. I have never gambled in my life. I emailed Meta bank and the respondent "passed the buck, " I obtained a telephone number for Metabank and the person who answered my call requested necessary information, and claimed he would report the issue and I would receive a call regarding this issue, That was several days ago and I have not received a call re this fraud.
I am attempting to rectify the said fraud and theft in an amicable fashion and refrain from characterizing Metabank as the Plaintiff in a civil action the appropriate United States District Court, inter alia. Please respond lets rectify this matter.

On 7/26/22 I purchased 2 $100 master card gift cards at Home Depot in Medina, Ohio. When the cards were opened, neither card had a card number or expiration date on them.
I have tried to call you and was unable to reach anyone that could assist me.
Please make me whole in this matter. I have the receipts and the worthless cards.

The customer service for me Meta bank is very bad I have tried to actually talk to a rep and nobody has answered I am trying to get access to my money without having a card and I need to get my account info to transfer my money to another account I have my routing and account number for my funds thats it. Fraud account
This company allows people to open accounts fraudulently under other peoples names. There was correspondence between a person imposing to be our employee which wasnt an meta-bank decided not to ask for verification or employment verification open the account and have a person salary deposit into it.
I called customer service and stayed on the phone for four hours and 45 minutes trying to rectify the matter just to be told rest assured we will handle this and take care of this for you. I am not sure where we stand right now because they told me to wait six business days for a decision to made
