After being a long time customer and never having a problem, I find myself so upset with them. Using my card to buy groceries it was declined, very embarrassed, when I called about it, a very unprofessional "Clayton" told me the cards have been compromised that I would be getting a new card in 7 to 10 business days in which I replied I was never notified and I use that card to pay bills that are on auto pay so I need the card sooner but that was cost me $60 even tho none of this was my fault or doing in ANY way, he said if I wanted to take a chance he would unblock the card and how sad that all I could think of was that "Clayton" would take my money before I got to the ATM, so I asked to talk to the superviser and was told they don't talk to you but will call me back.
He checked my phone number and address and that was last weekend. So I just now called and found out a card was never sent because they didn't verify my address or phone number (which he did plus the fact I get texts everyday with my balance) and I have not had any phone calls from any supervisor so I told her to reactivate this card, if "Clayton" can do it surely she could so I can take money out to pay a bill since I'm sure Meta Bank won't pay for late charges now this lady says she can't do that so again I asked to talk to a supervisor and again was told they don't talk to call ins they will call me back. I said I need them to call me right back I am at the ATM and need MY money but my phone still hasn't rung. What is really up with this bank.
I have never been treated so poorly by any company never mind a bank.
I'm so stressed out by this it's bad for me. Help!!!
