I've been attempting to get in contact with Metabank for the last 45+ days. The state of Texas sent me a letter basically advising me that I had unclaimed monies with this bank. I contacted them 10 times or more asking them could they send correspondence to me, so my state could issue out the money to me.

I've literally spoken with the same CS Rep, Julie almost each time I called and she gives me the same respond. The letter has been sent out. A month and a half later I still haven't received this letter.

At this point I'm furious! I've attempted to speak with a supervisor, each time- I'm transferred to a non-working number.

This business has to be reported to BBB. ASAP!!!!!!
