Several years ago we had this card and had several problems with having our money be available. We decided to get it again, thinking things have improved.

We have had the card two weeks and the account has been blocked twice. This is a huge hassle and the issues are not quickly resolved. I highly recommend you find another option other than this low quality service that you pay for.

The use for the card is $1 per transaction. The response I received by email for document verification is 24 hours each time the account is blocked for that reason although I had already sent them in and had it approved.
