I hate Meta Bank...they are a ripe off!!!! I been going back in fourth with them since the first of Aug...spoke with a guy stated he email a dispute form it take 24hours to receive it (48hr never got it)...spoke with a lady she told just write a letter with information and fax it over...did that called the next day they stated they never rec ieved it....ok that lady claim she would do over the phone....sent me a email esign...sent it back the same day...on the 17th...they stated give them a call on the 28 10 day...called back on they the 29...the guy told me i see your dispute but i will take 10 business which on the 31st...ok understood...asked " what happen on the 31st"... He stated "we have NOT heard from the merchent but the will be available" i called back today they claim i never sent a dispute form...even gave the the fax number and confirmation its to late to send so pissed right now...THE WORST COMPANY...that takes advantage of poor hard working ppl!!!!
