Cannot reach you guys whats. going on I need my little money have not much but. A company charged me an unwanted fee unbeknownst to me and without my approval!!! to the consumer instead of NetSpend

I purchased a netspend debit visa several years ago for my daughter. She started an activation, but stopped when asked for her social security number.

She never activated it. Now, she found it and gave it back to me, but when I went to activate it, I found it had expired in 06/20.

How do I go about activating the card to recover the $50.00 I had loaded onto it?

My customer service representative was very kind and she even called the tax service office of the branch of the bank but they were not able to access my IRS refund even though they are holding the money somehow? And basically collecting interest on it for the last three months.

I have called the number on the back of the card repeatedly and have requested a new card which I need to pay $35 for at least four times and Ive never received one card in the mail since March. If you dont have your taxes done at H&R Block that year, dont use that card FYI

Machine charged my bank $203 but only gave me $100 and a message saying it was out of service.

Phone at that location does not answer and metabank customer service doesn't answer either Machine has ripped me off $100 and I want it returned.
