I went in on Dec. 18th under the assumption that since they gave me the full amount of the loan last year that I would surely get it this year.

But, instead I received an email, within minutes of leaving J. Hewitt, stating that they could not approve the loan at this time and to bring in your W2 and J. Hewitt would be glad to help. Went in today with my W2 and after about an 90 minutes from me leaving I received another email saying loan was denied.

Not only was my children's Christmas a disappointment, but I have yet to receive the letter promised to me as to why the loan was denied the 1st time. It's not like they won't get their money back because J. Hewitt is going to intercept it before the IRS deposits it onto my card.

Next year I will do my own taxes as I've done in the past! Sign, Disgusted Single Mom
