I have banked with meta bank for over 2 yrs now and its all good until I need something like a bank statement because the only way u can get one is online on your account. Because they are partners with netspend who rip people off; give you all kinds of excuses because as soon as you make a valid complaint with the FDIC netspend closes your account without notice which is illegal. At 10:00 PM on 2/26 my direct deposit posted onto my Rush Card account. I was notified of that through Rush Text Alerts. I had my taxes put on a Metabank prepaid netspend card. Went to atm took out 200 then within 5 minutes 6 100 dollar's was taken out by who Metabank Add comment

I had a AAA Travel Card through MetaBank. The card was inactive for over a year and I noticed that the small balance was being taken away by monthly inactivity charges. Several years ago we had this card and had several problems with having our money be available. We decided to get it again, thinking things have improved. We have had the card two weeks and the account has been blocked twice. This is a huge hassle and the issues are not quickly resolved.
