Several years ago we had this card and had several problems with having our money be available. We decided to get it again, thinking things have improved. I have been ripped off twice now from upside card. Once back in Jan for 100.00 and now they have charged my card twice for a stay in a hotel, this is an unsettled charge for two weeks now but they won't put the funds of 103.99 back in to my available balance. I do not have 100.00 bills to be giving to this company. There should be lawsuit started against this company! Customer service is zilch.... Read more

Dispute resolution denied the claim cancelled card and 10 days elapsed without new card arriving. Was informed by CSR my address wasn't verified. I verified address twice and continue to await cards arrival. Can't reach a human only automated now. Expecting deposit soon and have no card Add comment

First two weeks 7/14 I spent $1928.00 while traveling. Discovered an unauthorized charge to Metabank of $148.00 at a Cricket phone store. Never used a cricket product. Card company refuses to investigate or refund the charges. They closed case and said I had no recourse. Add comment

I applied for a loan to usa cash / meta bank was told to put 125.00 on a card I told them that was all I had he said no problem after putting the 125.00 on a green dot card and giving it to him he said the loan would be in there the next day, so the next day I looked that evening no money,so I called he said there was a block and the meta bank needed me to give them 449.00 and that would be given... If you read my prior complaint "I am Pissed" 6 months has passed & Western Union refuse to reissue a new card with my legal name. Yet, I was advised to use the card under the name that is no longer my Legal Name.
